Appointments

Do not request an appointment through this form. Appointments can only be scheduled online at this time. See Appointments and Locations. Appointments are to be scheduled only for transactions that you are unable to complete using the DMV’s online services or kiosks.

Online Services and Kiosks

Online services can be used for most vehicle registration transactions, such as renewals. Driver's license renewals for ages 16-70 and ID card holders of all ages are now available.

Kiosks offer registration renewals and duplicates, driver history printouts and insurance suspension reinstatements. They print license plate decals on the spot and many take cash.

License Plates

Personalized plate orders are subject to delays. Please be patient. Also, plates received in DMV field offices will not be returned to the factory as stated on the notice.
