The fee is $5 and you will need your Vehicle Identification Number, driver's license number and other information. This transaction is for individuals only. Businesses and Trusts listed as the registered owner must order by mail, by fax or in-person.

A duplicate Certificate of Registration or plate decal can be obtained for a fee of $5.
