Tri-Net Task Force Heads Up Multi-Jurisdictional
Arrests of Drug Traffickers
Ten drug traffickers arrested in Carson City in sweep
netting over $50,000 in seized narcotics
Members of the Tri-Net Task Force, in cooperation with the Drug
Enforcement Administration (DEA), Viper Auto Theft Unit, Washoe County Consolidated
Narcotics Unit (CNU), Carson City Special Operations Response Team (SORT), Carson City
Sheriffs Office Canine Unit, Nevada Highway Patrol Canine Unit, Washoe County Canine Unit
and Nevada Parole and Probation, arrested the following individuals in the early morning
hours of November 2 on various drug trafficking charges:
- Griselda Montero-Viera, age 32 of Carson City. She was arrested at the
supermarket parking lot at East Hwy 50 and Airport Road she was booked into the Carson
City jail for trafficking a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Bail
is set at $40,000.00.
- Rene Acosta-Aldama, age 38 of Carson City. He was arrested at the
supermarket parking lot at East Hwy 50 and Airport Road and he was booked into the Carson
City jail for three counts of trafficking a controlled substance and possession of
methamphetamine. Bail is set at $290,000.00
- Kedir Diez-Medina, age 23 of Carson City. He was arrested at the
supermarket parking lot at East Hwy 50 and Airport Road and he was booked into the Carson
City jail for conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine. Bail is set at $5,000.00.
- Jose Viera-Hernandez, age 33 of Carson City. He was arrested at the
supermarket parking lot at East Hwy 50 and Airport Road and he was booked in to the Carson
City jail for conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine. Bail is set at $5,000.00
- Marco Antonio Montero-Mejia, age 31 of Carson City. He was arrested at
the supermarket parking lot at East Hwy 50 and Airport Road and he was booked into the
Carson City jail for conspiracy to traffik methamphetamine. Bail is set at $5,000.00
- Gavino Flores-Lara, age 29 of Carson City. He was arrested at Highway 395
and Clear Creek and he was booked into the Carson City jail for four counts of trafficking
methamphetamine. Bail is set at $100,000.00
- Humberto Segura-Terrazas, age 28 of Carson City. He was arrested at the
Super K-mart parking lot and he was booked into the Carson City jail for trafficking,
possession and sale of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $250,000.00.
- Jamie Andrade-Lopez, age 27 of Carson City. He was arrested at the
Super-K mart parking lot and he was booked into the Carson City jail for trafficking,
possession and sale of a controlled substance. Bail is set at $250,000.00.
- Edna Llilala Mayoral, age 41 of Carson City. She was arrested at 73 Tiger
Drive in Carson City and booked in to the Carson City jail for possession of marijuana.
Bail is set at $2,500.00
- Julian Montero-Partida, age 28 of Carson City. He was arrested at 73
Tiger Drive in Carson City and booked into the Carson City jail for trafficking,
possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell.
Bail is set at $250,000.00.

In conjunction with these arrests, one search warrant was served at 2890
Menlo Drive #5 in Carson City and one search warrant was served at #73 Tiger Driver in
Carson City. Two arrest warrants were served and two undercover drug purchases were also
made by Tri-Net Task Force officers.
The arrests were a result of a two-month long investigation by Tri-Net.
Street value of the six pounds of methamphetamine and 2 pounds of marijuana seized is over
$50,000.00. No drug paraphernalia was found, however packaging material and scales were
seized.
Tri-Net Narcotics Task Force is comprised of members of the Douglas
County Sheriffs Department, Lyon County Sheriffs Department, Carson City Sheriffs
Department, Storey County Sheriffs Department and the Nevada Division of Investigation.
