Hawthorne DMV&PS to Provide Limited Service this Friday

Computer equipment maintenance to limit transactions on October 23

The Hawthorne Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety will offer limited service, Friday, October 23. Maintenance of the office computer equipment will prevent the office staff from providing full services for that day.

The following transactions will be available on October 23:

Drivers License Transactions

• Written testing
• Forms pick up
• Information
• Scheduled drives (Note: After drive test, license will be issued at a later day)

Registration Transactions

• 10-day permits
• Moving permits
• 15-day permits
• 24-hour permits
• Quotes
• VIN inspections
