The Department of Motor Vehicles and Public Safety will redirect Incline Village
Drivers License services and staff to the Carson City DMV&PS office. August 27 will
the be last date the travel team will service the Incline Village location at the Aspen
Grove Community Center on 960 Lake Shore Drive.
The Carson City Drivers License customer service technicians are experiencing increased
customer traffic due to population increases in Carson City and the surrounding areas.
Drivers License Chief Ginny Lewis says, "We regret having to move our travel team
services from the Incline Village location. But helping alleviate the increased customer
traffic in Carson City should prove to be a more efficient use of staff resources."
Incline Village residents are encouraged to use the Carson City Wright Way or Reno Galletti Way full service DMV&PS offices, or the two DMV Express offices located in Sparks at Prater Way and Reno at the Old Town Mall on Peckham Lane.
