Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles Director Bruce Breslow has appointed new administrators to two of the department’s divisions. Rhonda Bavaro has been appointed administrator of the Central Services and Records Division.
Rhonda began her career with the DMV in 1980 in the Records Section. She also served in the DMV’s enforcement arm, as the department’s Business Programs Manager and, since 2009, as administrator of the Motor Carrier Division.
Wayne Seidel takes Bavaro’s place as the administrator for Motor Carrier, which oversees the trucking and fuel industries in Nevada.
Wayne is a registered Civil Engineer with the State of Nevada and has over 20 years of consulting engineering. Wayne was most recently employed with the City of Sparks as public works director, where he was involved in major projects such as Victorian Square and the Sparks Marina Park.
Wayne also served on numerous commissions including the Truckee Meadows Water Authority and Washoe County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC). He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from University of Nevada Reno.
