Reno, Carson City Offices to Close at Noon
Continued heavy snowfall creating safety concerns

Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles offices in Carson City and Reno will close at noon due to continued heavy snowfall.

“All reports indicate treacherous road conditions with no let up in snowfall until this evening,” DMV Director Edgar Roberts said. “We’re concerned about the safety of our customers as well as our employees.”
