Investigators from the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles’ Compliance Enforcement Division arrested Brandon Scott Wright, 19, on six felony charges and confiscated hundreds of fake driver’s licenses this morning at the Sigma Nu fraternity house on Ralston Street in Reno.
The frat house bust occurred about 12:30 a.m. as a result of information obtained after a sting operation last night. A confidential informant purchased a fake driver’s license from Christopher Peter Bosco, 19, of Truckee, about 8:30 p.m. Bosco was arrested on two felony counts. Additional information discovered during the investigation led officials to Wright. University of Nevada, Reno police cooperated in his arrest at the frat house.
Between 150 and 200 fake driver’s licenses in various stages of completion, computer and camera equipment was confiscated during Wright’s arrest. Both men were booked into the Washoe County jail.
