Fiscal Services Bureau
This Bureau provides fiscal accounting services, travel services, payroll, mail,
warehousing, and inventory services. This Bureau is
made up of the following sections:
- Accounts Payable Section
- Revenue Section
- Payroll Section
- Supply Management Section
- Bad Check Collection
Personnel Services Bureau
This Bureau provides all personnel services for the department. Since the
Department is a designated agency from State Personnel, all personnel matters relating to
the Department are handled by or coordinated through this bureau.
Budget Analyst Section
This section develops revenue projections and costs estimates; assists in preparing and
presenting the Department's biennial budget request and provides financial analysis and
reports for the Divisions of the Department.
Facilities Management Section
This section provides statewide coordination for all Department facilities needs. In
addition, this section is responsible for the Division's safety program and for the
coordination and accounting for all contracts negotiated by the Department.
